Warranty
Gasei Iberia S.L. shall be liable to the user or end consumer for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product under the terms, conditions and deadlines established by the applicable regulations. Within the warranty period, we will remedy, free of charge, any defect in the device attributable to both materials and manufacturing, either by repairing, replacing parts, or providing a new device at our discretion, depending on availability, the replacement could be of a different color or an equivalent model. The warranty does not cover faults due to misuse, operation at a different voltage than stated, connection to an inappropriate plug, breakage, normal wear and tear, or defects that have a negligible impact on the value or performance of the product.
The warranty will be void if repairs have been carried out by unauthorized persons or if original brand spare parts have not been used.
The warranty is only valid if the date of purchase is confirmed by the corresponding invoice or packing slip.
